TERMS & CONDITIONS

PARADOXIA | HUMBLE PIE

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website located at thisisparadoxia.com and the purchase of services offered by PARADOXIA LLC, operating as Paradoxia and Humble Pie (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, you agree to applicable website terms. Purchases and participation in paid advisory services are additionally subject to the terms expressly presented and accepted during enrollment and any separate written Client Advisory Agreement.

1. Nature of Services

Paradoxia provides leadership advisory, personal development, business consulting, and related educational services.

Humble Pie is a personalized 12-week advisory engagement designed to support clients in exploring their leadership, decision-making, personal development, professional challenges, and capacity for sustainable growth.

Services may include individual advisory sessions, reflective exercises, personalized resources, Quantum Human Design interpretations, and support between scheduled sessions, as described in the applicable offer or client agreement.

The Company provides perspective, guidance, education, and support. Services do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We are committed to providing our Services with professionalism, care, integrity, and reasonable diligence.

However, we do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, or business outcome from participation in our Services.

Results vary based on numerous factors, including individual circumstances, readiness, participation, decisions, implementation, external conditions, and matters beyond our control.

The Company does not guarantee increased revenue, business growth, improved relationships, personal transformation, or any other specific result.

Examples, testimonials, and descriptions of potential benefits are not promises that any particular client will experience the same outcomes.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for misrepresentation or failure to provide agreed-upon services.

3. Client Responsibility and Participation

Our Services are collaborative in nature.

Clients acknowledge that their participation, reflection, decisions, and actions play an important role in their experience and potential outcomes.

Clients retain responsibility for:

  • Their personal, professional, and business decisions.

  • Determining whether and how to implement guidance or recommendations.

  • Communicating their goals, concerns, and relevant circumstances.

  • Participating in agreed-upon sessions and activities.

  • Seeking appropriately qualified professional assistance when necessary.

The Company does not assume responsibility for managing a client's business, personal affairs, or decision-making unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.

Clients are encouraged to exercise independent judgment and consider their own circumstances when evaluating any information or guidance provided.

4. Quantum Human Design and Interpretive Frameworks

Our Services may incorporate Quantum Human Design and other reflective or personal-development frameworks.

These frameworks are offered as tools for exploration, interpretation, and self-inquiry.

They are not scientifically validated diagnostic or predictive methods and should not be relied upon as substitutes for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal assessment.

Interpretations are not guarantees of personality traits, abilities, future events, business success, or individual outcomes.

Clients retain full discretion regarding how they interpret or apply information shared during their engagement.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment schedules, installment arrangements, and accepted payment methods will be disclosed before purchase.

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the Services they purchase according to the terms presented and accepted at enrollment.

Where installment payments are offered, the applicable agreement will specify whether installments represent payment toward a fixed engagement fee or a recurring subscription.

No automatic renewal or recurring charge will occur unless the applicable payment terms expressly authorize it and any legally required consent has been obtained.

6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

Session frequency, duration, scheduling procedures, rescheduling deadlines, missed-session policies, and engagement start and end dates will be described in the applicable offer or Client Advisory Agreement.

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights will be governed by the specific terms presented and accepted before purchase, subject to applicable law.

Any legally required cancellation or refund rights will remain available regardless of other provisions.

7. Communication and Between-Session Support

Where between-session support is included, the applicable service description or Client Advisory Agreement will specify the communication channels, availability, response expectations, and boundaries.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, advisory services do not include continuous availability, emergency support, or immediate responses.

8. Confidentiality

We recognize that advisory engagements may involve sensitive personal, professional, and business information.

We intend to handle client information with reasonable discretion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable confidentiality commitments in a Client Advisory Agreement.

Information may be disclosed with authorization, as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, or when required or permitted by law.

Our advisory relationship does not create attorney-client privilege, therapist-patient privilege, or another professional evidentiary privilege.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, website content, original materials, exercises, written resources, frameworks, and other proprietary content developed by the Company remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Clients may use materials expressly provided to them for their own personal or internal business purposes, subject to any applicable license terms.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law.

10. Testimonials and Client Experiences

Testimonials and descriptions of client experiences reflect individual perspectives and circumstances.

They are not guarantees of specific results.

We will obtain appropriate authorization before publicly identifying clients or disclosing confidential client information in testimonials or case studies.

Any testimonials used in our marketing will be presented in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.

11. Professional Boundaries

Our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical or mental health conditions.

They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, legal representation, financial planning, or other regulated professional services.

Clients should consult appropriately qualified professionals when circumstances require specialized assistance.

The Company may recommend additional professional support when an issue falls outside the scope of its Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be responsible for losses arising solely from a client's independent decisions or actions, or from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Any additional limitation or allocation of liability will be subject to applicable law and the terms of a separately accepted Client Advisory Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid engagement will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate contractual rights or obligations without a legally valid basis.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

In the event of a disagreement arising from these Terms or the Services provided by PARADOXIA LLC, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through direct communication before initiating formal legal proceedings.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or waive any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
