A seed carries within it everything necessary to become what it is meant to become.
The tree is already there—in potential. Its roots, its branches, its leaves, its capacity to bear fruit.
But potential is not the same as expression.
The environment matters.
Light. Water. Soil. Space. Temperature. Nourishment. What surrounds the seed influences whether—and how fully—what is already within it can emerge.
Human beings are not so different.
You already carry more of the answer than you realize.
My role is not to put something inside you that wasn't there before. It is to create the conditions for you to discover what you carry, see what has been obscured, and develop the capacity to bring more of it into the world.
Because sometimes the problem isn't that the seed lacks what it needs to become a tree.
Sometimes it needs a different environment.
